Duties Description According to Civil Service Standards, but particularly provide office support in the department of Admissions/Enrollment by performing a wide range of clerical tasks and other document preparation tasks; answering telephones; completing forms; assisting student applicants; creating or assisting in the preparation of reports, and other related activities. Duties include but not limited to the following as below:
•Assist with the processing of student applications. Sort applications and application documents.
•Create student files and maintain application records. Enter data onto the college’s computerized student information system.
•Follow through with the application processing and make appropriate request for information.
•Assistant prospective applicants via phone, mail, electronic communication and walk-in inquires.
•Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
•Support office’s front desk operations when necessary.
