As Head of Department, you are responsible for the professional and organizational management of the IT department. You drive the digitalization of administrative processes, ensure the security of IT systems and applications, and support employees in using IT systems.

Your tasks
8. Management and organization of the IT department
9. Planning and monitoring of the IT budget
10. Management of IT contracts (hardware, software, maintenance, telecommunications)
11. Analysis and optimization of administrative processes through digital solutions
12. Planning and implementation of IT and digitization projects
13. Ensuring IT security and data protection
14. Support and further development of specialist applications
15. Training and support of employees
Your profile
16. Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
17. Several years of experience in the IT/digitalization sector, ideally in public institutions
18. Leadership experience or team coordination
19. Knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, networks, databases
20. Experience with IT security and data protection requirements
21. Structured and independent work style
22. Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
