We are looking for a Process Engineer (f/m/d) to focus on lithography process development, improvement, and transfer to high-volume production. The role includes independent project work, process monitoring, and data analysis to support yield and quality.
About the job:
1. Lead and manage preventive and improvement projects independently.
2. Define and optimize process flows for lithography.
3. Support new product development and help transfer processes to mass production.
4. Analyze device and process data to identify improvement opportunities and increase yield.
5. Validate process steps by reviewing inline data and ensuring process stability.
6. Prepare technical reports and documentation on:
• Plan fulfillment (output and quality)
• Productivity and efficiency
• On-time delivery performance
• Cost planning and control
• Quality system performance in the module area
About you:
7. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
8. Experience in lithography processes, equipment, and procedures is preferred.
9. Able to manage technical projects independently.
10. Skilled in process and machine data analysis using standard tools.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. Proficient in MS Office.
13. Very good written and spoken English or German, and willing to learn the other.
