Description Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Remote) Team: EMEA Sales Notified’s EMEA Sales Team is seeking an experienced Sales Director for the DACH region. In this high-impact role, you will drive the sale of Notified’s products and services to key vertical markets - including Fortune 100 companies. You will develop and implement strategic business plans, identify and qualify new business opportunities, nurture strong client relationships, and provide leadership to your sales team. This is a remote role based in Frankfurt, Germany, with occasional travel as needed. What You’ll Do: Employee & Leadership Development Lead, coach, and mentor your team to achieve consistent, high-quality performance Establish performance measures that encourage excellence and growth Continuously develop your own leadership skills and create development plans for team members Support strategies for attracting, retaining, and rewarding top talent Oversee career development planning and ensure effective training for all team roles Conduct performance appraisals and reviews Ensure compliance with local employment laws and - where applicable - EEO/AA guidelines Recommend updates to job descriptions as responsibilities evolve Sales Development Lead end-to-end sales of Notified’s solutions into key vertical markets, including Fortune 100 organizations Create and execute complex vertical market campaigns targeting medium- and large-volume consumer and B2B organizations Track and analyse sales campaigns, implementing improvements as needed Manage new sales leads, RFP responses, proposals, and presentations Coordinate internal teams for technical and cross-divisional sales support Attend client meetings and accompany staff on sales calls as needed Maintain a strong pipeline through continuous prospecting and cold outreach Represent Notified at annual trade shows, ensuring strong visibility and ROI Strategic Planning Develop and implement strategic business plans with defined objectives, strategies, timelines, and recommendations for new service offerings Qualify new prospects by assessing alignment with Notified’s capabilities and services Maintain a deep understanding of Notified’s technologies, divisions, and client applications Collaborate across divisions to stay informed about business levels and client expectations Problem Resolution Ensure high-quality resolution of issues within your area of responsibility Respond with urgency to escalated problems and escalate further when necessary Maintain a strong customer-centric mindset, ensuring accurate documentation and communication Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to reduce future risks Support the creation and continuous improvement of issue-resolution processes Client Relations Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, continually improving service delivery Join client meetings and calls to identify issues and propose solutions Advocate for clients internally, ensuring timely resolution of concerns Maintain up-to-date client knowledge and escalate critical challenges to management Provide constructive feedback when expectations are unrealistic and propose viable alternatives What will you bring… Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience may substitute for formal education Experience 10 years of progressively responsible experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, or account development Previous experience within the PR/IR (Public Relations / Investor Relations) industries desired 5 years of experience managing and leading sales teams, with a proven track record of driving high performance Strong, established network across the DACH region and deep understanding of the local market landscape Demonstrated success selling to large enterprise clients, including C-level and VP-level executives Who is NOTIFIED?
