* Completed studies in civil engineering
* At least seven years of relevant professional experience in structural analysis/design or in sales/support of CAD/FEM software
* Excellent knowledge of the Singaporean construction software market, ideally in CAD, FEM, or BIM
* Very good English skills, knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
* Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
* Willingness to travel regularly within Singapore and occasionally to Germany

* Developing and implementing a market-specific sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals
* Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships

* Organizing and representing the company at trade fairs, universities, and industry events
* Building and maintaining relationships with authorities, industry associations, and educational institutions
* Responsibility for budget, controlling, and legal compliance in Singapore
