We are breaking new ground, bringing forth innovations and already today enable the technology of the future.Stay one step ahead and embrace our motto: "Life's Good!"We are looking for an IT Sales Director to lead our IT product business in Germany.Sales Leadership:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectivesLead and mentor the B2B and B2C Sales teams, fostering a high-performance cultureSet clear targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure team successMarket Expansion & Business Development:Identify and develop new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partnersDrive market share growth for LG IT products (such as gaming & medical monitors, notebooks, projectors, cloud devices)Product Management & Strategy:Collaborate with the Product Management team to align product offerings with market needsProvide insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapeParticipate in product development and pricing strategies to maximize profitabilityFinancial Management:Develop and manage sales budget, including forecasting and expense controlAnalyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementEnsure financial targets are met, including revenue, margin, and profitability goalsTeam Development & Collaboration:Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experienceSupport the professional growth of team members through training and development programsFoster a collaborative environment within the team and across other departmentsUniversity degree in a relevant field10+ years professional experience in a comparable positionExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers/staffPrevious experience as people manager, preferably at department leader levelAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, especially ExcelFluent in German and EnglishCompetitive salary with 70% fixed and 30% variable bonusIntensive induction as well as opportunities and support for your personal developmentCompany carA modern and international working environmentTrust based working hoursCompany fitness offer via EGYM WellpassMonthly meal/food allowances (Pluxee)Discounts on LG productsVarious discounts on brands and products through corporate benefits (and other platforms) #J-18808-Ljbffr
