Your Role As Head of Compliance, you will lead the compliance function for a dynamic fintech company specializing in digital business loans for SMEs and self-employed individuals. In this role, you will own the full compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of integrity and risk awareness across the organization. You will manage a team of 4-5 compliance professionals and work hands-on across all compliance topics, including GDPR, financial crime prevention, KYC/KYB, and outsourcing oversight. This is a mid-to-senior level position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact.
