Job Overview:
* We collaborate closely with the EMEA and global Total Rewards teams, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
* This role offers broad exposure across the full spectrum of Total Rewards, including job evaluation, compensation structures, annual incentives, and both insured and in-kind benefits.
* It combines elements of program design and operational execution, providing a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of compensation and benefits strategies, programs, and policies that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
2. Lead and manage timelines for the annual compensation review, incentive processing, salary structure updates, and the rollout of new programs.
3. Support enhancements to the Workday compensation module in collaboration with HRIS, including Total Rewards Statements.
4. Ensure effective communication of compensation and benefits offerings and changes across the region.
5. Train and support HR and business stakeholders on Total Rewards processes and deliverables.
6. Act as a subject matter expert for countries in EMEA, staying informed on market trends and best practices.
7. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all Total Rewards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field is required. A minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience in HR, Finance, or Consulting is also required. Prior exposure to Compensation & Benefits is a strong plus.
The ideal candidate should possess proven ability to manage projects, consult with stakeholders, and work collaboratively across functions. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to see the bigger picture are also highly valued.
