Responsibilities:
# Oversee administrative management and provide logistical support for projects in Germany and neighboring countries.
# Manage corporate culture initiatives, plan and organize team activities.
# Support exhibitions and maintain external relationships.
# Establish and standardize administrative systems and processes.
# Oversee procurement, manage administrative costs, and ensure effective implementation.
# Coordinate office space decoration and renovation projects.
# Handle other administrative tasks and assignments as directed by leadership.
Requirements:
# Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management and administration, with a bachelor's degree.
# Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German, English, and Chinese.
# Strong knowledge of European—particularly German—policies and regulations, with access to local administrative resources and networks.
# Prior experience in administrative roles is required; experience in office decoration and renovation is a plus.
# Based in Frankfurt, with flexibility for business travel.
