Join Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE) as a Performance Controller (f/m/d) and report directly to the Senior Director Financial Performance Management NPE Division
Your responsibilities/tasks:
1. Preparation of monthly management reporting (incl. comparison of target and actual performance) and support of the planning process
2. Extraction, validation, preparation and analysis of large data volumes from various data sources
3. User-friendly visualization of results for decision-makers in presentations
4. Ad hoc-requests and special analyses
5. Conceptional development and optimization of processes and tools
Your Profile / Qualifications
6. Successfully graduated academic degree in Economics, ideally with focus on finance or controlling
7. Relevant experience of couple of years in a comparable position preferable
8. Competent handling of S4/HANA GR, SAC, SAP Analysis, as well as MS Office, predominantly Excel und PPT incl. Thinkcell
9. Excellent analytic and conceptual ability to think, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making
10. High affinity in numbers and IT
11. Independent, structured and proactive way of working
12. Team player with excellent communication skills, fostering productive interactions in a dynamic work environment
13. Excellent proficiency in both English and German, ensuring effective communication in an international setting
