What you can expect
* You will be responsible for managing and monitoring service relationships with external partners and service providers.
* You will also assist in the description, tendering, and procurement of new IT services and the selection of suitable service providers.
* You will also further develop existing services, SLAs, and KPIs and optimize them in terms of quality, compliance, and costs.
* In addition, you will evaluate new technologies or solutions and make recommendations for future business requirements.
* You will monitor the applications and services used and ensure their stability.
* You will also analyze malfunctions and ensure that they are permanently rectified in second-level support.
* In addition, you will plan, coordinate, and support IT projects from implementation and testing to rollout, and ensure their smooth transition into operation.
* You will further develop IAM processes such as identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertifications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What sets you apart
* You have a degree in (business) information technology or a comparable qualification and ideally have certifications such as ITIL v4 or Microsoft/IAM certificates.
* You have relevant professional experience in IT service management, including incident, change, and release management.
* In addition, you have in-depth IAM expertise, particularly in identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertification.
* You also have experience in managing service providers and SLAs and KPIs.
* You are also able to transfer projects into stable operation in a structured manner and resolve complex incidents in second-level support.
* You have good technical knowledge of IAM tools such as Azure AD/Entra ID and directory services.
* You are also confident in using ITSM tools (e.g., Matrix42) and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and have basic knowledge of interfaces and scripting.
* In addition, you work analytically, in a structured manner, and independently, and communicate confidently in German and English.
