* Process and manage regional service orders, ensuring accuracy and clear communication with internal teams and customers.
* Confirm the availability of service products and resources with various internal departments and promptly escalate any potential delays.
* Provide support to the Service Product teams in their daily operational activities.
* Maintain and update service order, contract, and customer information within the CRM system, ensuring data consistency.
* Assist with contract registration workflows within the CRM.
Your profile

* Currently enrolled in Technical, Business, or Economics studies with a genuine interest in service sales and the renewable energy market.
* Possess strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to manage multi-regional service orders effectively.
* Demonstrate a proactive, friendly, and hands-on attitude, coupled with attention to detail, ownership, and independence.
* Capable of solving problems efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable working confidently in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
* English C1 and Chinese C1 are required.
