You will also coordinate, mentor, and support your team in the following areas:PRACTICES & COMMUNICATIONOwn the creation and continuous improvement of practices, processes, tools, and documentation standards, ensuring efficiency and relevance, and laying a foundation for continuous improvement and agility.Facilitate product cross-team collaboration through dedicated events and rituals (on-premise / remote), tooling, or other activities in collaboration with other teams.Explore strategies to make our plans, documentation, communication, and demos more accessible and understandable for all stakeholders.STRATEGY & PLANNINGEstablish an efficient planning process aligned with the organization, translating company objectives into a clear roadmap, and fostering alignment across teams.Improve our approach to tracking features and handling enhancement requests to boost efficiency, collaboration, and transparency.Empower Product Managers with robust, well-organized data to support better product decisions.TOOLINGExplore available tools for roadmapping, planning, and feature tracking to enhance capabilities and improve efficiency.PRODUCT MANAGEMENT CRAFTSupport product teams in adopting new skills and best practices, including frameworks, methodologies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.Aim to continuously elevate product management standards.Assist in the onboarding of new product team members in collaboration with the People team.ADDITIONAL LEADERSHIP DUTIESLead the Product Operations function daily and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, influencing decisions and achieving company goals.Serve as the main contact point between the Product organization and global stakeholders.Identify systemic patterns creating operational challenges and prioritize work to resolve them.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE7+ years in product management with significant experience in strategic product planning, and 5+ years in product operations or similar roles within large international organizations (500+ employees).Deep understanding of product management frameworks and best practices.Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.Experienced in coaching other product managers.Able to handle both high-level initiatives and day-to-day operations.Collaborative, open-minded, and innovative.Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, or Dutch is a plus.Lean and Agile mindset.WHAT WE OFFERA professional, friendly, and stimulating work environment.Opportunities for personal development through training and conferences.Work on quality-first apps.Being part of a leading PropTech platform in Europe, with the chance to influence our AVIV brand.Hybrid work model with international travel to France, Belgium, and Germany.Autonomy to work in a style that maximizes your productivity.Flexibility in tools and resources to support your success.Modern workplace in a well-connected location.At AVIV, we are committed to diversity and inclusion.
