Corporate Lawyer to Corporate Counsel
* The role encompasses all corporate and financial transactions including acquisitions, restructurings, and strategic partnerships.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, loan agreements, side letters, and other business contracts is a key responsibility of the Legal Counsel.
* The position involves active participation in investment processes through proxy follow-ups, ensuring Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are met, and liaison work with notaries and banks.
* Fluency in English and French is crucial for effective communication and collaboration within the organization.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Law.
