What you’ll do
:
Position title: SAP Communications iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Executive & Integrated Communications
Work Area: Communication
Location: Walldorf
Expected start date: September 1, 2025 (later is also possible)
In this role, you’ll:
1. Support the Executive Communications Leads in their day-to-day work for the CS&D L1 leaders
2. Produce compelling content that tells our stories in innovative and inspiring ways to different target audiences
3. Support the creation of all aspects of on-stage materials including content/graphics, animations, videos, demos etc
4. Help to manage end-to-end communications projects and event-related deliverables, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders, timelines, and content to support high-impact executive engagements
5. Researching, writing, and building speeches, keynotes, and other content to be delivered by the L1 leaders based on audience requirements and business objectives
6. Craft other related communication activities and assets (e.g. social media posts, briefing books, blog posts, video scripts and more)
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
7. Experience with storytelling, presentation development, communications
8. General interest in IT topics should be given, but more than this it’s important that you are eager to learn new things to understand the content we are communicating
9. Very good English written and verbal communication skills
10. Must be able to multi-task and handle more than one project simultaneously, ability to balance workload, and stay organized. Not shy to ask for support when needed
11. Project management minded, proactive, and results-oriented
12. Ability to work in global teams and hybrid workplace
13. Sound command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
14. Experience with SharePoint is a plus
15. Student in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Management
16. Active student status during the entire internship is required
