» Your responsibilities:
1. Checking the driver's roll cards
2. Processing of the roll cards in HellAs and Habbl
3. Checking the statuses
4. Answering driver enquiries by telephone
5. Processing partner inquiries via Cepra or LogIt
6. Processing of NG Cloud Clearing
7. Control of special services
8. Independent processing of recipient and partner enquiries
» Your profile:
9. Completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable vocational training
10. Confident handling of the common MS Office programs
11. High degree of resilience and flexibility
12. Sense of responsibility paired with a systematic way of working
13. Very good communication skills
