Draft, review, and revise company contracts and other legal documents. Actively participate in commercial negotiations and resolve contractual disputes.
Communicate and provide support for the Company’s operations, conduct regular legal training, and implement relevant legal department policies and procedures.
Handle complaints, claims, and other legal disputes related to the business.
Collaborate with partner law firms on business matters.
Participate in the company’s investment, tendering, bidding, and other significant economic activities. Provide legal opinions and address related legal matters.
Contribute to due diligence in the investment and merger of medium and large enterprises. Draft, review, and monitor the performance of contracts.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Master’s degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in European multinational companies, with a preference for experience in chemical manufacturing companies.
* Knowledge of corporate, employment, contract, and related laws and regulations.
* Excellent writing skills, contract drafting skills, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, practical, meticulous, detail-oriented, rigorous, and logical.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* EU citizenship, with proficiency in German and English as working languages.
