As a grants-focussed Strategic Project Manager at Aignostics, you will contribute to winning and delivering grant-funded research projects. You will work with specialists in machine learning, pathology, data science, cloud-software engineering and compliance to bring cutting-edge R&D projects from inception to successful completion. This includes coordinating projects in sync with our external partners. coordinating delivery of grant funded projects
Establish timelines, identify and address or escalate issues as they arise, ensure progress across multi-team projects and ensure deadlines are met
Work with senior management to define and act on strategic initiatives according to the organisation’s requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical/numerical discipline
~1-3 years of experience in a project management (or coordination) role within a technical domain, or managing grants in a research and/or academic environment
~ Full professional proficiency in both English and German
Knowledge of the EU and German funding landscapes
Experience in project management
Knowledge of any of the following: pathology, oncology, bioinformatics, medical imaging, machine learning, computer vision, data science, software engineering
A PhD, or equivalent research experience
