Job Description We are looking for a motivated individual to support projects in Assembly and Interconnect Technology (AIT), with a focus on practical material reliability testing. During your internship, you will carry out hands-on metallurgical laboratory work, including preparing cross-sections and conducting optical microscopic analyses of AIT systems. You will help with the statistical evaluation of solder joint quality and reliability, as well as the structured documentation of results. Last but not least, this position will give you valuable practical experience at the interface of materials analysis, laboratory testing and data-driven evaluation.
