Description
/Preferred Qualifications
1. Lead and develop a team of 4 accounting professionals
2. Oversee all financial accounting processes:Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, General LedgerTreasury, VAT/taxes, and statutory reporting
3. Manage the financial aspects of payroll processes
4. Ensure timely and accurate Month-, Quarter-, and Year-End closings (US GAAP & HGB)
5. Coordinate statutory fiscal year-end closing
6. Manage internal and external Audits
7. Act as a business partner to senior management in Germany, Israel, and the US
8. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
9. Drive process optimization and implement new financial procedures
10. Support cross-functional projects and act as key contact for tax consultants and auditors
Minimum Qualifications
11. 6+ years of finance experience in an international environment (semiconductor industry a plus)
12. 3+ years of managerial experience in finance teams
13. University degree in Finance, Tax, Auditing, or related field
14. Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills with a commitment to deadlines
15. Shown leadership and team collaboration abilities
16. Excellent communication and presentation skills
17. Process improvement mentality and multitasking capability
18. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
19. Proactive, flexible, and highly motivated
20. Proficient in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint
