As a Business Strategy & Projects Lead, you'll be a pivotal player in shaping Hyundai's strategy for the evolution of connected mobility across all European markets. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you'll contribute to Hyundai's long-term goals and vision.
We want you to:
* Develop mid- and long-term strategies for Hyundai Motor's connected mobility business in Europe, aligning closely with stakeholders and HMC's overarching goals
* Create robust strategic concepts and frameworks based on qualitative and quantitative assessments to ensure the realization of strategic objectives
* Respond to strategic assessment requests from NSCs, RHQ, and global HQ, acting as a consultant for business units and NSCs on a pan-European level
* Drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of best-in-class strategic processes, methods, and tools
* Identify and evaluate strategic initiatives and growth opportunities, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
* Lead cross-functional teams through the initiation to execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
* Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, adeptly conveying complex concepts and strategies
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of strategic initiatives and provide regular reporting on progress and performance

You will also need to have:
* A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or comparable
* Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting, strategy development, or related roles, preferably in the automotive or technology industry
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions
* Excellent financial acumen, including the ability to develop financial models, conduct financial analysis, and evaluate investment opportunities
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders
* Proficient in conducting market research and competitive analysis, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations
* Experience in managing strategic projects and programs, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Knowledge of the connected services and mobility industry, including telematics, IoT, data analytics, and emerging automotive technologies
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluency in English language; any other language is an advantage
