Join the C&A Team as a Consumer Engagement Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute C&A Loyalty / Direct Marketing campaigns in Germany, continuously optimizing for incremental revenue, traffic, and customer acquisition through efficient use of budget and well-structured test & learn approaches.
* Align and integrate the German C&A Loyalty campaign plan to support strategic C&A marketing and commercial objectives.
* Manage communication, operational Jour fixes, and analytics Jour fixes between C&A and PAYBACK; fluency in the German language is preferred.
* Execute and further develop C&A Loyalty campaign and timeframe-based loyalty program reporting; perform and/or request ad hoc analyses, visualize and present findings.
* Always keep an eye on deadlines for briefing and content delivery, and monitor campaigns after go-live.
What You Bring:
* Analytical mindset, well-structured ways of working.
* Open-minded personality, flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
* Hands-on experience in campaign or project management, including execution.
* Ideally, a background in loyalty/direct marketing.
* Ideally, has worked closely with third parties/agencies previously.
* Ideally fluent in the German language (PAYBACK is German-speaking), but not a must-have.
