The following challenges await you:
* As a Program Manager you manage and monitor various medical device development projects in close cooperation with our customers and interdisciplinary teams.
* You ensure project progress and the achievement of project goals while meeting deadlines and project and product costs.
* You provide progress and performance reporting, supervise project staff, mobilize subject matter experts and cross-functional resources as required. You will identify training and development needs to assigned staff and support the creation and implementation of associated training.
* Additionally, you will handle commercial activities associated with contract customers, such as purchase order administration and financial forecasting.
Your Profile:
* You hold an university degree in engineering or related field combined with formal project managment training.
* Medical devices are your passion?
* Since you closely work with our customers, professional customer communication is your natural strength.
* You have a record of minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, preferred in the medical device industry or similar strongly regulated industry.
* Being a teamplayer you know how to motivate international teams and guide them successfully to achieve goals and milestones and can ensure project success.
* Fluent English language skills and excellent knowledge of project management tools complete your profile.
