As a working student (m/f/d) in the Global Mobility department, you'll support our fantastic team in ensuring the smooth global deployment of our space experts.
At OHB, you won’t just work with numbers and processes – you’ll actively help shape how our specialists bring satellites, space probes, and other high-tech systems to life across the globe.

Your Mission:
Support our aerospace engineers and project teams in their international assignments
Handle administrative tasks related to assignments and international business travel
Assist in tax and social security compliance for global mobility ( SAP certificates, social security applications, communication with employees)
Maintain and analyze travel and assignment data in HR and payroll systems
Prepare reports and conduct research on country-specific requirements
Support visa applications, registration obligations, and compliance topics related to international assignments
Assist in payroll preparation for assigned employees in collaboration with international payroll providers

Your Qualificatons
1. You are currently enrolled in a degree program – ideally with a focus on HR, law, business, or international relations
2. You have a strong interest in international collaboration, space exploration, and intercultural topics
3. You work in a structured and conscientious manner and bring a hands-on mentality
4. You are a team player with a strong service mindset
5. You communicate confidently in both German and English – verbally and in writing
