Job Mission
The Regional Marketing Activation Manager VA – DACH is responsible for increasing the visibility, engagement, and growth of Piab Group's brands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The position oversees regional marketing activities, tradeshows, and campaigns, and serves as a key ambassador for the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop Regional Marketing Content:
Create materials such as customer success stories, application videos, and partner presentations that highlight local achievements and product value.
* Manage Tradeshows and Events:
Oversee budgeting, planning, logistics, and execution of tradeshows and exhibitions in the DACH region, ensuring brand consistency and effective lead generation.
* Execute Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and run regional campaigns, including mass mailings and product promotions, in coordination with central and local teams.
* Represent the Brand:
Act as the local face of Piab Group and its brands, ensuring positive and consistent messaging tailored to the DACH market.
* Lead Management:
Qualify and distribute leads from events to the sales team, focusing on efficient and high-quality lead handling.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams locally and internationally to align activities and share best practices.
* Reporting:
Document marketing activities, campaign results, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Skills and Abilities
* Experience in tradeshow and event management, including budgeting and logistics.
* Proficiency in B2B social media, especially LinkedIn.
* Ability to create engaging content (photos, videos, updates) from events and customer visits.
* Good understanding of technical products and solutions.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
* Fluent in German and English; additional DACH languages are an advantage.
