We are seeking a Senior Associate – Asset Manager in Real Estate to join a leading international investment firm in Frankfurt. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-quality portfolio and drive value creation across diverse real estate assets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize a diversified real estate portfolio, including residential, office, and logistics assets. Implement asset management strategies to enhance portfolio performance and value. Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. Support the execution of investment strategies and business plans. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management, preferably within an international environment. Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in German and English Hands-on, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects.
