In your role as an IT specialist (m/f/d), you will take on central tasks in IT support and system administration - with room for initiative and further development.
* IT support & service orientation: You will support your colleagues with IT questions and technical problems - whether by service ticket, e-mail or telephone - and thus contribute to a smooth working day.
* Operation & stability of the IT environment: You will help to ensure that our IT systems are secure, stable and future-proof. This includes:
o Administration of user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
o Management and rollout of devices and software (Windows PCs, smartphones, printers, PBX) - including with Microsoft Intune
o Support with IT and data security issues
* Solution orientation & documentation: You analyze requirements, find practical IT solutions and document them in a comprehensible way. You will also use modern AI-supported tools to continuously improve our IT support.
* Collaboration & coordination: You will be in contact with internal departments as well as external IT service providers and infrastructure partners - ensuring professional and effective collaboration.
Your qualification
* Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or completed vocational training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
* Experience: Very good knowledge in dealing with ticket systems, in the Windows client environment (Windows 10/11) and in system administration.
* Technical knowledge: Confident in dealing with Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID / MS365, ideally also experience with MS Intune.
* Additional knowledge: Knowledge of server and network infrastructure, virtualization and security.
* Ability to familiarize yourself: Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks.
* Soft skills: High reliability, service orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills.
* Working style: Structured, proactive and solution- and result-oriented working style.
* Language skills: Fluent written and spoken German and a good command of English.
