Your mission We are currently looking for a freelance lecturer (m/f/d) to teach the course DS 11 – Data Warehouse, starting in the Winter semester 2025. The course consists of 3 hours of teaching per week over 14 weeks, plus supervision and assessment of a final paper. Module content includes: Core concepts and architecture of data warehouses ETL processes and data integration techniques Use of SQL and other tools to manage structured data Data modeling and database optimization strategies Real-world applications and analytical use cases YOUR IMPACT As a lecturer for this course, you will: Deliver practice-oriented sessions on data warehousing, database technologies, and analytics pipelines Guide students through practical challenges in data modeling, data integration, and query optimization Supervise and assess a final written assignment demonstrating applied data warehouse knowledge Your profile We are looking for someone who: Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree ( field of study is flexible with relevant professional experience ) Brings professional experience in data engineering, IT systems, or data science Has a solid understanding of data warehouse architecture, database systems, and data processing workflows Communicates fluently in English (C1 or above ) – no formal proof required Enjoys teaching and mentoring students in a dynamic, digital-first learning environment Why us?
