This is a senior, hands-on and highly cross-functional role reporting to the Group COO, with close collaboration with the CEO and founder. It requires leadership, structure, and a strong bias for execution. We are seeking a former top-tier strategy consultant or operational transformation leader with solid experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or CDMO environments. You must have worked on complex post-merger integrations or site transformations. You combine analytical strength with a pragmatic, entrepreneurial approach. Your mission Lead the integration of newly acquired manufacturing sites into the Adragos network; manage the full PMI process from site carve-out to operational, cultural and systems integration. Oversee operational improvement initiatives and CAPEX programs at the sites to ensure they meet performance and quality standards. Develop and implement the Adragos Pharma Production System (APPS) – the internal blueprint for a scalable, high-performance CDMO manufacturing network. Define group-wide principles, ensure site-wide consistency, and identify synergies and opportunities for harmonization. Coordinate across countries and cross-functional project teams; act as a key architect of the group's operating model. Lead cross-functional project management approaches (agile or stage-gate); maintain issue and risk logs and develop mitigation plans; build business cases for operational, cost, and productivity synergies. Drive process and manufacturing systems alignment, assess existing processes and systems, and lead harmonization and standardization efforts (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, manufacturing, logistics). Develop a change management plan and communications for senior management, employees and stakeholders; facilitate workshops and training to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
