Are you an experienced recruiter ready to launch your own agency —but want to avoid the burden of operations, setup costs, and going it alone?
At Halr Tech Group, we offer a unique opportunity to build your own recruitment business under our brand while keeping 80% of your billings. This is not traditional employment—it’s a true partnership. You’ll operate independently, backed by our infrastructure, systems, and reputation, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
Whether you're tired of KPIs and limited commission, or simply ready to scale your own desk, this model gives you full autonomy, full flexibility, and unmatched earning potential.

What You’ll Do
You’ll operate as a recruitment partner under the Halr Tech Group brand, running your own desk in your chosen vertical (tech, IT, engineering, or sales):
Build and manage your client portfolio
Source, qualify, and place high-quality candidates
Deliver a consistent, relationship-led recruitment experience
Operate with complete autonomy, while leveraging our support, tools, and community
Participate in optional peer sessions and strategic planning support

What You Bring
This opportunity is for recruitment professionals who are ready to take ownership of their work and income:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (any vertical or market)
A genuine desire to operate independently
Strong ability to manage your own recruitment agency, pipeline, time, and outcomes
Entrepreneurial drive and commercial mindset
