We are currently looking for a Logistics Representative (m/f/d) or Office Administrator (m/f/d) with strong English and German language skills to support our experienced logistics team for our client in Estenfeld.
The position is full-time and permanent, with the possibility of Home-office after the initial training period.

Your daily tasks:
* Independent processing of shipping and production orders
* Monitoring and updating the status of shipments and orders
* Ensuring on-time deliveries and comprehensive documentation
* Communication with internal departments and external logistics service providers
* Supporting the organization of global shipping processes
* Maintaining key performance indicators and taking over operational logistics tasks
* Customer service in German and English
Your qualifications:
* Completed training in a commercial field
* Experience in order processing, customer service, supply chain management, or industrial administration
* Excellent command of both German and English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
* Reliability and flexibility
* Professional behavior in interactions with various stakeholders
