The Role
We’re looking for a motivated People Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our P&C team.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining our people operations processes and tools, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and have the opportunity to contribute to various P&C topics.

* Address people operations queries from employees promptly and accurately, ensuring clear communication and understanding of policies and procedures
* Efficiently manage all personnel operations including payroll and HR practices
* Ensure compliance with German labor laws and standards
* Lead initiatives that support people and culture projects across the organisation
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
* Utilise HR analytics to gain insights into employee performance and trends for continuous improvement
* Support the visa and relocation processes as needed
* Drive digital transformation in HR and modernise legacy systems through strategic innovation
Your Profile
* 4+ years of experience in People Operations or a related field, preferably within a tech environment
* A strong understanding of German labor laws, payroll management, and HR practices
* Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships and act as a trusted advisor
* Experience with HRIS and other People systems is a plus
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR metrics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both German & English are required
