In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for steering HR activities within the BASF Group. By developing focused personnel policies, we implement the company's strategy on employee-related matters. Additionally, we design instruments for the development and retention of Senior Executives, provide operational support in personnel matters, and are responsible for their strategic succession planning.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In our unit Corporate Compensation & Mobility, you will support and represent Corporate HR in cross-unit and BASF Group-wide topics and projects in the area of international personnel assignments.
* In your new position, you will be responsible for analyzing and futher developing BASF's global regulations for international personnel assignments, particularly with regard to the compensation framework for delegates.
* Together with your colleagues from Global Business Services Mobility, business units, and external compensation data providers, you will identify opportunities to improve regulations and processes and evaluate the use of IT tools.
* You will communicate adjustments to global regulations and processes to relevant stakeholders in a target group-oriented manner and ensure effective implementation.
* In addition, you will monitor compliance with global regulations on delegate compensation systematically and independently process requests for exceptions.
* Your expertise is needed! You will draft tenders, participate in contract negotiations, and take on project tasks in the area of mobility and corporate compensation.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* completed master's degree in economics or a similar field
* a t least eight years of professional experience in an international HR environment, including a minimum of five years in the field of mobility
* in-depth knowledge of compensation practices for international personnel assignments and routine use of relevant IT tools
* very good English skills and German skills are an advantage
* strong communication skills, team spirit and the ability to contribute effectively to projects to ensure shared success
