Das erwartet Sie
Are you passionate about HR data, systems, and driving impactful change? We’re gearing up for a major transformation - and we’re looking for a dedicated HR professional to help lead the way.
As we prepare to implement a new and more powerful HR system, this role will be instrumental in ensuring data excellence, process optimization, and seamless alignment with global standards. In this pivotal position, you’ll work closely with local HR teams, IT, and global stakeholders to elevate our HR master data processes across Germany and Switzerland. From driving system enhancements and automation to providing critical support and training, you'll help set the foundation for smarter, more agile HR operations.
Your HR master data responsibilities:
* Act as the regional representative for Germany and Switzerland managing regional P&C Master Data processes.
* Be a part of the group P&C Master Data and Analytics community.
* Work closely with the local P&C teams to support their P&C master data processes.
* Ensure that local P&C teams follow global standards and processes.
* Focus on continuous improvement of HR processes and digital solutions.
Your responsibilities in the HRIS project:
* Support the implementation of HRIS for Germany and Switzerland.
* Support the operational and technical design of key HRIS parts.
* Guide your German and Swiss stakeholders through the implementation of HRIS modules, features and add-ons.
* Drive our digitalization with strategic consulting.
* Work closely with IT and vendors to optimize system performance.
* Oversee any system or process updates, enhancements, and integrations.
* Identify new HR tech opportunities and drive further automation.
* Provide ongoing training and support for HR teams.
Your qualifications:
* Several years in HR, HR operations, or HR technology roles, preferred in global matrix organisations.
* Deep HRIS expertise, either in cross-border HR system implementation or as a HR system power user.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, especially in Germany.
* Data management know-how is an advantage.
* Proven ability to lead or support changes, including managing stakeholders.
* Ability to take ownership.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge local and global needs effectively.
* Ability to analyze challenges, propose solutions, drive initiatives, and solve complex problems.
* Fluent in English and German.
