Job Description
* Strategical and operational responsibility for Human Resources in Germany
* Being strategic HR partner to the German and European management team
* Functional management of the HR team in the plants and providing support as a mentor
* Support and advice for managers on talent strategies and management processes
* Driving forward HR transformation, process, and organizational development
* Creation, monitoring, and analysis of HR statistics and evaluations, including HR budget
* Collaboration with the German works council on all relevant topics related to HR transformation, including system implementations
* Negotiations with the German works council, including collective bargaining
* Implementation of corporate initiatives in Germany, particularly in the areas of EHS, ethics, communication, and employee engagement
* Leading projects and guiding the teams on all relevant strategic HR topics
* Supporting and driving change management measures
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager or similar leadership role preferably in
a manufacturing and international environment
* Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
* Experience working with works councils
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership and decision- making abilities, hands-on mentality
