THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Creative Copywriter at Zalando Studios, you will help bring our unique Zalando brand voice to our audiences. We're looking for a skilled and ambitious copywriter with a strong portfolio in fashion, lifestyle or advertising. You'll be responsible for writing key messaging and copy in English for campaigns and content, collaborating closely with strategists, art directors, stylists, producers and designers to bring bold ideas to life.
WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
* Write persuasive and compelling copy that entertains, inspires and engages
* Create messaging in English for brand partner campaigns and editorial content that reflects the personality and Tone of Voice of Zalando
* Bring your knowledge of culture, publishing and social media to the team
* Create content with a strong sense of entertainment and cultural relevance, driven by your natural affinity for culture, fashion and lifestyle
* Proofread and provide feedback and copy support for colleagues
* As you'll be writing and presenting in English, proficiency in advanced English is a must (German skills are a big plus)
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
* You're an exceptional writer with 2-4 years of experience, preferably in an agency or fashion-related creative role.
* You are passionate about fashion, contemporary culture, and have an interest in live streaming and events – a love of sports is a plus.
* You're a proactive and adaptable self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills, who can manage a fast-paced workload with tight deadlines.
* You have a strong understanding of editorial publishing, including tone of voice and writing engaging copy with effective headlines and calls to action.
* You are a collaborative team player, eager to mentor colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
* You're comfortable in an international setting and have experience with European markets and consumer trends.
You're curious about and open to learning more about topics like diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.
