Responsibilities End-to-End responsibility: Design CRM and CX projects on the basis of the BSI Customer Suite from concept to go‑live. Business analysis: Work closely with customers, understand their processes, and translate them into smart BSI solutions. Requirements management: Facilitate workshops, structure requirements and bring clarity to complex topics. Stakeholder management: Coordinate business units, IT and vendors, drive projects through complex approvals and support the sales team with pitches, scoping and informed assessments. BSI configuration: Configure the Customer Suite, manage technical implementation and further develop our methods, templates, and best‑practice approaches in the BSI domain. Quality & delivery: Take responsibility for quality, schedule, budget and an efficient project setup. Qualifications Solid project experience: Several years in CRM or CX projects, ideally with the BSI Customer Suite. Methodological strength: Demonstrated expertise in consulting, project management or software development and mastery of common methods in analysis, planning and steering. Process competence: Knowledge of business processes in areas such as service, marketing, sales or operations and the ability to translate them into systemic solutions. Analytical clarity: Structured work, forward‑thinking, and the ability to provide solutions that are convincing both technically and substantively. Confident communication: Present complex matters understandably, run workshops confidently and navigate smoothly between business units and management. Language skills: Very good German and English.
