Job Description
Your mission during this flight:
* Provide strategic & operational leadership while managing the finance staff.
* Be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and driving operational efficiency.
* Lead month, quarter and year-end closing activities.
* Be responsible for analyzing balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
* Be responsible for all accounting & controlling topics.
* Develop and optimize accounting & controlling processes.
* Be responsible for all forecasting & budgeting activities.
* Support the Director of Finance with Financial Model and other financing activites.
Qualifications
Check in your professional skills:
* Bilanzbuchhalter or international Bilanzbuchhalter
* Bachelor of Science in accounting, controlling or finance
* 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or public accounting
* Experience with cost accounting and financial reporting in a production environment
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and SOX internal controls
* Fluent in German and English, Mandarin is a plus
* Proficient understanding of HGB and IFRS
* Proficiency in BC is important
* Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools
* SOX experience is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
