Picture Yourself at Pega:

As a Fellow Accunt Executive, you will be a strategic business advisor and innovation catalyst, partnering with a handful of strategic clients within the German public sector landscape. You'll excel at identifying and penetrating large organizations, demonstrating how our AI-led platform creates transformational value. Through hands-on, experiential selling approaches, you'll guide prospects through our GenAI innovations including Pega Buddies, Coach, and Blueprint, showing them real-time how their work can be revolutionized through intelligent automation. Embrace the new way of building software!

What You'll Do at Pega:

1. Penetrate into and radiate within a number of accounts within the German public sector (possibly: Landesregierungen, gesetztliche Krankenkassen, Berufsgenossenschaften)
2. Leverage creative prospecting techniques and AI-powered insights to break into large organizations and establish executive-level relationships.
3. Demonstrate Pega's agentic AI capabilities through experiential selling, getting prospects hands-on with our GenAI innovations to accelerate their understanding of transformational value.
4. Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across target organizations.
5. Develop and execute territory strategies that maximize new business generation opportunities
6. Utilize predictive analytics and AI-guided selling tools to optimize pipeline development, RFP responses and accelerate deal progression..
7. Partner with Pega's ecosystem to create compelling value propositions that resonate with prospects' specific business challenges


Who You Are:

A results-driven enterprise software sales professional with a hunter mentality, passionate about breaking into new markets and excited by the possibilities of agentic AI. You care about the business outcomes of public sector organisations, excel at creative prospecting, and are energized by the challenge of introducing transformational technology to organizations ready for AI-led innovation.

What You've Accomplished:

8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
9. Extensive direct enterprise software sales experience
10. Track record of successfully penetrating large organizations from German public sector and establishing executive relationships
11. Demonstrated expertise in creative prospecting and territory development strategies
12. Strong foundation in consultative selling with ability to articulate complex technology value propositions
13. Experience with AI-powered sales tools and modern sales methodologies
14. Knowledge of business automation, digital transformation, or enterprise software solutions
15. Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-performing team environments
16. Outstanding presentation and communication skills with C-level executives
17. Passion for emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and automation
18. Experience working across a number of public sector stakeholders and adapting solutions to various business contexts
19. Track record of exceeding quota through new business development
20. Collaborative approach with ability to contribute to team innovation and market insights.
