* B.A./B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
* Also accepting applications from those who have a degree/certificate in psychology, social work, primary education, or early years care
* Proven working experience with children (preferred)
* An open minded, creative and highly motivated individual with a positive attitude to work following a daily nursery/daycare routine
* Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The ability to quickly build rapport, together with excellent communication skills for dealing with colleagues, parents and children
* Excellent English knowledge (Level C1/C2) required
Your mission
* Planning and implementation of the group's daily routine and childcare care activities
* Exposing the children to other cultures and target language
* Regular communication with parents and fostering of positive relationships with them
* Work according to the co-construction approach and implementation of free play
* Working according to the bilingual concept: One person, one language
* Planning and implementation of projects and educational activities
* Implementation of the acclimatization phase for new children
* Active participation in team meetings (your own group and as well as in the larger team)

About us
Since 2007 Infanterix has been operating multilingual nurseries and kindergartens in Munich and the surrounding area and currently has 24 facilities. We offer over 1350 childcare places for children from 6 months to school age and employ around 350 staff members. In our international day care centres we encourage even the very youngest children to develop into responsible, tolerant and resilient individuals and prepare them for life in a multicultural society.
