Job Overview Job Title: Customer Support Administrator Location: Stuttgart, DE Job Responsibilities Trace Systems is looking for a cleared, qualified individual to support the mission at United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM) HQ in Stuttgart, Germany. This position will interface directly with the customer in resolving desktop support issues in a timely manner. The Computer Support Administrator will install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers, PC software, cables, and connectors across multiple networks. Tasks include installation and maintaining baseline software configurations. The CSA will instruct users in the use of personal computers and networks and provide technical support for computers and associated networks. Minimum Qualifications Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance. Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. Ability to troubleshoot technical and complex computer/network related issues. Ability to work in high visibility, fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining decorum is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to accurately recall policies and procedures. Can demonstrate knowledge/experience in using Active Directory, applying group policies and similar administrative functions. Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision. Ability to multitask. Familiarity with, and can use Microsoft Windows productivity software (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) to accomplish daily tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in tight spaces requiring stooping, bending and beneath desks. Desired Qualification Familiarity with ServiceNow processes. Education Bachelors Degree with 3 years of experience, or Associates with at least 7 years ot experience, or High School Diploma with at least 11 years experience.
