Job Description
We seek an entrepreneurial General Manager to launch Kinco’s European business, driving B2B sales and building our brand across Germany and the EU.
Key Responsibilities
* Revenue Growth: Achieve sales growth in key countries and regions.
* Team Leadership: Hire and mentor a local team (sales, FAE, support) aligned with Kinco’s hands-on culture.
* Market Intelligence: Analyze EU trends (e.g., Local sales strategy) to adapt Kinco’s product roadmap.
* Cross-Border Execution: Collaborate with Kinco China on supply chain optimization and tech localization.
Must-Have Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (TU9 universities preferred).
* Experience: 8–10+ years in industrial automation sales leadership (servo drives, stepper systems, or PLCs); Proven success selling to German industrials (e.g., €5M+ deals with machinery builders / OEMs).
* Languages: Fluent German & English.
