As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will help generate new business by qualifying leads and driving campaigns to increase and expand our engagement with Legal and IT teams across DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will focus on developing each qualified lead, handing it over to your partnered Account Executive to further qualify, and help solve the prospective customer’s challenges using Relativity’s cloud technology, RelativityOne. Job Responsibilities Qualify and develop outbound sales leads for core cloud and generative AI products. Analyze businessحب opportunities, insights, and develop strategic plans for outreach. Develop outreach campaigns to produce new sales prospects through email, phone, and BASHO. Maintain meticulous tracking of communication with prospective customers in our CRM, Salesforce.com. Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations between account executives and potential customers. Partner with account executives and sales leaders to gather and design industry‑specific data to help guide conversations with potential leads and develop a strategic approach for a targeted set of accounts. Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process. Work across the sales department to roll out new initiatives or product go‑to‑market strategies.
