Job Summary
As the Genesis ERP Manager (m/w/d) you will lead the development, redesign, and optimization of the technical infrastructure and information systems supporting our enterprise resource planning (ERP) functions. This role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in analyzing current-state architectures, designing future-state systems, and implementing scalable and stable solutions that align with business growth. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, anticipating capacity needs, and driving continuous improvement across the ERP landscape to support Genesis’ dynamic operations.
We want you to:
* Manage Genesis NSCs and enforce standardized ERP processes across all markets
* Lead digital transformation initiatives and ensure consistent rollout across NSCs
* Develop and maintain dashboards/tools to monitor system usage and performance in European markets
* Collaborate with external partners (e.g., Trade-In, Finance, Insurance) to integrate customer-centric digital solutions
* Create and analyze financial reports using SAP tools to support strategic decision-making
* Provide SAP FI/CO training to end-users and act as first-level support for system-related issues
* Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, workflows, and user manuals
* Monitor day-to-day implementation progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and business needs
About you:
* University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a relevant field
* Minimum of 8 years' experience in ERP-related roles, preferably in the automotive industry
* Proven expertise in SAP ERP, BI tools, and Web Java technologies
* Strong understanding of SAP ERP/CRM systems and overall web system architecture
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members for at least 7 to 12 months
* In-depth knowledge of automotive business processes and data structures
* Capable of aligning technical solutions with strategic business goals
