Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money.ABOUT THE TEAMOur Partnerships Team plays a key role in Tide’s growth in Germany, building strategic new members by building strategic partnerships. As we expand into Germany, we’re looking for a motivated Partnerships & Partner Success Executiveto support our efforts in this exciting new market.This is a unique opportunity to join the partnership team in Germany, which builds up the pipeline of new partnerships as well as manages existing partnerships and ensures their success in Germany.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Partnerships & Partner Success Executive, you will assist in executing our go-to-market strategy: help close new partnerships (from initial outreach to contract closing) that contribute to Tide’s growth in Germany and ensure smooth partner onboarding.Beyond acquiring new partners, your role will also focus on ensuring our existing partners are supported, drive successful member acquisition, and on establishing strong long term relationships. This includes developing scalable processes, strengthening relationships, and ensuring mutual value creation.You will:Support the German Senior Partnership Manager and Global Partnerships Director in day-to-day partnership activitiesHelp create assets and work closely with Legal to create contractsAssist in identifying and reaching out to potential partnersHelp build and nurture relationships with partners across various industriesTake responsibility for supporting partner onboarding, engagement, and success managementEnsure high partner satisfaction and retention through clear communication and collaborationSupport contract preparation, onboarding processes, and CRM data managementContribute to analyzing partnership performance and outcomesCollaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts and improve partner valueWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREnthusiasm for small businesses and digital financial servicesA proactive mindset and excitement about helping to build something new from the ground upInterest in partner relationship management and long-term partner successSome practical experience or internships in partnerships, sales, customer service, or regulated industries experienceWell organized and experience in using analytics tools like LookerFull professional proficiency in German and EnglishSelf-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, growing companyTeam player with a positive, solution-oriented attitudeComfortable working in an agile environmentThe high desirables:Experience in the fintech, payments, or business banking spaceInterest in developing both sales and partner success strategiesExperience working with CRM tools or in partner/customer success rolesWHAT YOU WILL GET IN RETURN25 days of paid leave per yearAdditional 3 days of paid leave for volunteering or L&DProfessional L&D budgetExtended Parental LeaveMental health support through PlummA one-off home office budgetWork and travel globally - up to 90 days per country outside of your home countryTeam socialsSabbatical LeaveOption to take your your work device as your ownTIDEAN WAYS OF WORKINGAt Tide, we champion a flexible workplace model thatsupports both in-person and remote work to cater to the specific needs of our different teams.While remote work is supported, we believe in the power of face-to-face interactions to foster team spirit and collaboration.
