About this Position
As a part of Henkel’s Cyber Security team, you will be a key player to drive Henkel’s compliance with cyber regulations and thus help mitigate cyber risks for Henkel.
What you´ll do
* Join the Henkel cybersecurity team, supporting others in applying security practices in their organizations
* Analyze new laws and regulations and identify actions Henkel needs to take
* Manage projects and processes to implement regulatory requirements
* Improve the IT control framework to cover new controls needed to comply with regulations
* Consult on the effective implementation of IT controls
* Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management, highlighting findings and recommendations
* Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity regulations, trends, threats, and technologies
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor's degree or above in IT, IT-Security, or related fields
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
* Solid understanding of standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, OWASP, GDPR)
* Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps practices and design of secure IT-architectures
* Proficient oral and written English and German language skills
