About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
1. 8+ years of relevant experience in a commercial, pricing, or sales operations role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
2. A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3. Fluency in English.
4. In-depth knowledge of pricing models, contract structures, and commercial best practices.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and business judgement skills.
6. Strong analytical skills with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
7. A team player who can also work independently.
8. A hands-on mindset with the ability to work across functions, geographies, and seniority levels.

9. Are based in Europe (preferably) or North America
