About the Role:
Are you passionate about the culinary world, have a keen eye for aesthetics, and know how to turn a personality into a digital powerhouse? We are looking for a creative visionary to translate our founder’s mission into captivating digital content. You will be at the heart of our expansion, capturing the spirit of new locations and leading our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Your Responsibilities:
* Elevate the Founder’s Voice: You will shape and advance the digital persona of our founder, continuously bringing innovative, boundary-pushing concepts to the table to ensure we outpace the market.
* Full-Cycle Media Production: You handle the entire creative process—from conceptualizing and storyboarding to filming and polished post-production (covering everything from snappy Reels and TikToks to deep-dive long-form videos).
* Cross-Channel Management: You oversee and optimize our social channels with a tailored strategy, shifting seamlessly between high-level professional dialogue on LinkedIn and highly engaging, viral content on TikTok.
* Audience Growth & Analytics: You foster active community engagement, manage daily interactions, and leverage data insights to constantly refine our reach and impact.
* On-Site Storytelling: You will be on the ground at fresh restaurant launches and major events, capturing the raw energy and authentic moments (a high willingness to travel is key).
Your Profile:
* Visual Storyteller: You are highly proficient with modern camera gear and possess top-tier editing skills across desktop and mobile suites (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
* Social-First DNA: You understand the nuances of various platform algorithms (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) inside out and know what makes content click.
* Multilingual Communicator: You possess professional fluency in English (C1 level), paired with working proficiency (at least B2) in either German or Chinese.
* Creative Disrupter: You have a sharp eye for emerging trends, the courage to test unconventional formats, and a strong inner drive.
* Adaptable Explorer: You thrive in agile, fast-paced environments and look forward to traveling frequently to capture our best stories live.
