1. technical administration and continuous further development of the Celonis SaaS platform
2. Coordination of system changes and upgrades
3. Management of support processes and resolution of issues
4. Administration of user and system access
5. Integration and maintenance of interfaces to source systems
6. Maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of existing systems
7. Providing 3rd-level support for implemented and/or assigned solutions
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable technical field
* Experience in 2nd- and 3rd-level IT support
* Knowledge of system and service processes within an IT organization (ITIL)
* Independent and responsible working style
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Very good English skills
