The main tasks in the IR area include maintaining and developing relationships with the financial community, creating and distributing financial reports and presentations, and organising and conducting events such as Annual General Meetings, roadshows and investor conferences. As Senior Manager Investor Relations, you will play a key role in implementing these tasks and will be partly responsible for their execution. This role will be in our Berlin, Wiesbaden or Heidelberg offices on a hybrid working model.Role ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully positioning and developing the equity story on the capital marketCollaborating on the creation of capital market‑relevant communication tools (e.g. annual report, quarterly statements, corporate news) and publishing all information to meet legal disclosure requirementsCreating/updating communication materialsPreparation of content and execution of investor relations events (e.g. Annual General Meeting, Capital Markets Days, roadshows, investor conferences)Proactive communication with financial analysts and investorsPreparation of peer group analyses, analyst consensusUpdating and optimizing the IR websiteFurther development of the ESG strategy components and close collaboration with internal colleagues for sustainability reportingExperience, Skills & QualificationsSuccessfully completed studies or comparable training in a field relevant to capital market communicationSeveral years of professional experience, ideally in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, a communications agency or related fieldsAbility to grasp new concepts quickly, work independently and analytically, and maintain a high level of work quality, accuracy and diligence even under time pressureTeamwork and communication skills as well as a high level of proactivityVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointVery good knowledge of German and EnglishAt Springer Nature, we value the diversity of our teams and work to build an inclusive culture, where people are treated fairly and can bring their differences to work and thrive.
